The Remet 30 K Knife Peeler works entirely without water and is equipped with infinitely variable speed control. The peeling waste is removed by a spiral under the machine, which can be fitted with additional spirals of different lengths. The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and is suitable for peeling all types of root vegetables. The machine has capacity of approximately 20-40 kg. The knife peelers are equipped with infinitely variable speed control.

The peeling result is excellent and improves the shelf life of the root vegetables. After peeling, the machine is very easy to clean as the sides open completely for easy washing. The machine is protected by design and patent. Fully automatic peeling lines are also available.
